What event types does it support?

Panel discussions, mixers, workshops, conferences, webinars, social events, and galas. Each has its own checklist template with 20 to 80 tasks covering all six phases from setup to post-event.

How does the AI content generation work?

EventDesk uses Claude AI to generate content based on your event details: name, date, venue, speakers, and description. You review and edit before publishing. The AI never publishes anything without your approval.

Is my event data private?

Yes. Your events are only visible to you and anyone you explicitly share access with. We do not sell or share your data. Full privacy policy will be available at launch.

Can I use it for recurring events?

Yes. Create a new event each time and a fresh checklist with calculated deadlines is generated automatically. Your speaker and sponsor contacts carry over between events.
